Every bespoke commission starts with a conversation about you: the piece you’re imagining, who it is for and what makes it meaningful.
You might have a clear engagement ring design in mind, a favourite gemstone or simply a collection of ideas. Our jewellers and designers can help you explore those preferences. Your budget and intended completion date guide the conversation from the beginning.
Together, we explore your preferred stones, precious metal, proportions and design details. Whether you’re drawn to a diamond engagement ring or a coloured gemstone piece, we help develop your ideas into a personal design.
We prepare a personalised quote for your commission. The cost depends on the selected materials and complexity of the design. Before giving your approval, you can discuss the details and ask questions about sizing, price and timing.
Once you approve the design, your bespoke jewellery is handcrafted in Australia.
Allow approximately 3–5 weeks from design approval to delivery, plus time beforehand for the initial discussions and design development. If you’re planning a proposal, wedding or anniversary, tell us your required date when you enquire so we can discuss what is achievable.
When your piece is complete, we’ll discuss collection or delivery. For customers working with us remotely, we can share photographs and arrange delivery on completion.
Your bespoke jewellery comes with an independent valuation and a framed original drawing of your design—a keepsake of how your piece began.
